What's your purpose? This is something I need to work inside myself. With help from, my Therapist, Family & Friends.

Color the World Orange Day 2025 is TODAY, Monday 11/03. It is always the first Monday of the month. It is to help to raise awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and involves people wearing orange, lighting landmarks orange, and sharing information on social media. Do you have your Orange on? 

One of The Many Different Episodes of CRPS, can be scary, funny or just the memory is not there. This episode was scary to record. Not as scary as the days that led to the making of this episode. 

My body hasn't fully recovered from my last trip. But, I am Packed & Ready to go see my Girlie!!! What is some flying, extra keep going tricks do you have? 

 I did this recording shortly after I got home. Body and Mind is still out of it. Sooooo of course it takes two weeks to publish. I am still trying to get focused. But it just isn't happening. I want to be out of this "punishment" so badly. I have to be ready, because in less of two weeks I am going to go see my Beautiful Girlie! :) <3 :) 

Flying & Disability, not an easy task at ALL!!! Don't wait till the last minute and if they say it shouldn't be a problem. Talk to someone else. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. My mental health has hit me hard these past few months. I have been to way to many funerals and three were by suicide. Please if you are needing to talk to someone please reach out. You can always call the Suicide Hotline at 988.

The month of April is Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month, time too Raise Awareness, Advocacy, Support, Celebrating Diversity.

Autoimmune blood tests are laboratory tests used to detect and diagnose autoimmune diseases, where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy tissues. I am so glad that I had this test done. :) 

 Rare Disease Month, February 2025. Complex Reginal Pain Syndrome, Sickle cell disease, Cystic fibrosis, Huntington's disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Muscular dystrophy. I am back! It has been a while since my last episode. It was hard for me to feel motivated. I was, and still am, in mourning from my sweet man Pogo and then Randall. My sweet pups, This episode is dedicated to them and all my pups.

One thing that I am so thankful for is the friends I have made through the years. <3

I'm back, I have been in a place that I would like to get out of, It is still very hard for me knowing Pogo is not by my side, Seeing him so happy when he sees me. So I need to get back into the swing of things. I need to start being me. 

IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR THE MWUSA PAGEANT!!!! I'm so EXCITED...... But, also very nervous. 

Here I bring up the SCS, I use my voice to try something to help me. Then someone takes credit and wants to take away everything else.... Why??? 😕

I GOT MY SCS SURGERY!! The device is not on yet. I have to wait for my post-op appointment. Thank goodness I have my pups &  the projects I need to get ready for the Ms. Wheelchair USA pageant.  Also, sorry for the whisper voice...I am healing. <3 

I'm excited, yet nervous. For I am leaving in the morning to receive my permanent SCS.
