The church doesn't grow through novelty, spectacle, or innovation — Christ grows his church through the ordinary means he appointed. We trace that conviction from the Huguenots to the Quakers, working through what the means of grace actually are.

Good church government doesn't just organize authority — it protects the congregation from human nature. We work through directories for public worship, why denominations allow the broader church to hold a bigger tent without everyone worshiping identically, and how Presbyterian polity's specific structures guard against the failure modes of one-man leadership.

Presbyterian convictions don't stop at church government — they shape how we worship, how we behave in the room, and even what the room looks like. We work through Acts 15 as the biblical model for elder deliberation, then trace how the same theology that governs the session also governs worship architecture, posture, and the question of who worship is actually designed for.

What does it mean that Christ's work is finished — and what shifts when that conviction is lost? We work through Solus Christus and all five points of TULIP, tracing how each doctrine connects to the way Covenant of Grace prays, preaches, practices discipline, and understands assurance.

Why does doctrine exist, and what's at stake when we get it wrong? We trace the Reformation's roots and work through two of the five solas — faith alone and grace alone —  showing how both doctrines shape the worship and community culture at Covenant of Grace.
