Jesus, the victorious and exalted King, has pronounced victory over the Evil One and his followers giving believers confidence, through their baptism, in their salvation and future resurrection.

God’s people hope in his redemption and justice through the oppression of the wicked and will see his face.

Let us remain unified as believers and treat all people with the same grace that we have been shown rather than revenge because in the end God will vindicate His people.

The generosity of the King frees us to give freely to one another as we live for the kingdom to come. Those who hoard earthly riches haven’t tasted the goodness of God.

As we wait, God’s servants live faithfully unto him for the joy set before them laboring for the glory of God and the good of his church to the judgment of the faithless.

What does it mean to watch wisely while we wait for the return of Jesus?

Christ’s return is certain and immanent and will come with judgment on all the earth while his disciples live faithfully & wisely with patient anticipation.

Our King has ascended to his throne with great judgment bringing salvation to his people. He gives his kingdom to his people to the praise and glory of his Name forever!

God is glorified as he saves his people thru terrible judgment on Israel and her false worship. The Old Covenant structure is ended and Jesus’ finished work stands. 

The Son of David came to make peace by his blood, crush the head of the serpent, and receive the joyful worship of his people

Jesus calls his disciples to look to him and suffer well for his sake as they prepare for the coming judgment on the temple and the Jews.

May Christians live in their homes as God has designed: Wives with hearts of submission towards their husbands and husbands with hearts of love and honor for their wives.

Since we are free in Christ, let us honor the governing authorities God has sovereignly placed in our lives so that our neighbors would be silenced.

Let us abstain from sins that are working to destroy our souls so that the lost world that is watching us will see our good deeds and glorify God in the end.

Those who have received mercy proclaim their God to the world around them because of who they are before God.

Jesus, our great high priest, came to dwell with His people and be rejected in order to grant all believers access to God to make spiritual sacrifices to Him.

God works salvation and brotherly love in His elect exiles through the imperishable word of God.

Jesus is the better Adam and Son of David who preserves and saves his church by pronouncing judgment on the Seed of the serpent.

Jesus is the greater Priest-King Son of David who builds a better temple by conquering his enemies and ours by the Word of the Lord.

The Wedding Supper of the Lamb has arrived and all are invited, but only those chosen will come to the judgment of all who reject Christ.

Jesus has the authority, compassion, and love to call His church to reform.

Jesus came for sinners and fills the kingdom with those who do his will - believe in him. Those who reject Jesus are judged, both to the glory of God.

Jesus displays his authority as the Priest-King Son of David and the true and greater temple by cleansing the temple, judging his people, and creating a new people in himself.
