Cosmic Triggers with Sam
Hello to you fine being! This podcast is meant to shatter reality as we know it. To look outside the box of the world that was described to us before we could decide what the world is or could be. This is not the best of all worlds, but it is a beautiful world and I am so grateful to be in it. This podcast is here to question what holds us back from our highest potential. Where we can grow. What truth is right in front of our faces but is hidden by illusion. Most importantly, it is a means to learn how to live in love with ourselves and each other. To come together to create a better world.

Monday Morning Ramble: The Hidden Power of Pain 16.03.2026 1:42:42
Bryce and I explore many topics in this weeks Monday Morning Ramble. I was curious as to what it means to constantly be asked to be outside of ourselves. What would we find out if we looked inward? What could change? Chapters 00:00 Setting Up for the Podcast 11:05 Political Strategy and Manipulation 24:00 Quick Information and Political Discourse 30:59 The Cynicism of Politics 36:04 The Difficult...
Death As Surrender to Who You Really Are 20.02.2026 23:43
What is death? It is not a permanent removal or extermination of something. Look at a pebble. Does it ever disappear? Or get smaller and larger and transform into more or less of itself. Everything that has ever been will continue to exist, but it will also transform. So what does death look like for us? It looks like reprieve from who you thought you had to be. It looks like reprieve from living...
Making the Choice to Rest is Natural: A Winter Reminder 11.12.2025 24:41
I have not felt the desire to work, to profit, to grind, or to be a girl boss. I have felt the desire to sleep, dream, be warm, eat with great intention, sing, sleep, gather (but not too often), and mend. Seasons are natural. The sun is weaker, I am weaker so as to hear my heart and what she’s learned. This is a podcast episode about giving us permission to rest in a society that is concerned only...
The Nature of the Self in Relation to All 04.12.2025 22:01
This episode was recorded while spending time in nature with an oak leaf. I explore many ideas, one being who we exist for, why we exist, how we communicate, what things actually are and how we perceive it to be. It is a beautiful episode that begs us to ask the question of who we are doing things for.
“Social” Media and Its Impact on the Self: A Return to “Wisdom” Wednesdays 08.10.2025 16:33
I have been off of social media for a whopping two whole days, and it’s as if a veil has been lifted. If we think of what social media is, it is to participate in social networking. That means we are participating in a networking that does not truly exist in real time, but the past or someone else’s current present, but not necessarily our own present. It is designed by people who study how the hu...
The Episode Where I Get Lost 29.09.2025 39:35
Come on an adventure with me into the the unknown. I believe we need to get lost from time to time. If things are familiar all the time, we don't have a chance to see something different. Another way to be, or speak or live. Are we doing things that are familiar because we were taught to? Is the familiar who we really are? Who were we before conditioning? Could getting lost get us in touch with th...
The Art of Digestion: More Than Just Food 24.09.2025 24:34
In this podcast episode, I explore the concept of digestion, not just in terms of food, but as a metaphor for processing information, experiences, and collective societal influences. I reflect on my personal experiences with digestion, both physically and mentally, and emphasize the importance of being mindful about what we consume—whether it's food, media, or social influences. The conversation d...
Everything is in Everything Else 15.09.2025 27:23
In this episode I explore the concept of refraction, how we find everything in everything else, as well as the current state of our world and a possible way to "change" it, and how real change takes time.
There Is No Enemy - A Story of Compassion & The Human Conditioning 11.09.2025 39:41
Is it ever right to hate? Is hatred ever justified? Why do we hate someone for being hateful? It seems as though our hatred is a means of survival, and also denial. We hate hateful people, denying the hatred that exists in us. We point fingers to find others to blame so that we are safe and viewed as good. We crucify and are crucified. We don't want this to be the way it is for us, but create it f...
Building Utopia: Rambles from a Music Festival 25.07.2025 15:08
This was recorded at Beardfest. Ben and I began to talk about systems, ecosystems, and the natural system that sustains life. What happens when the system is imbalanced? How do we accept that every system contains suffering? How can we create as little suffering as possible and become reconnected to our nature as human BEINGS?
Navigating the Political Landscape and Truth: A Journey of Healing 16.06.2025 2:20:20
Hello friends. In this conversation, Jason Grachanek, a master tabaquero, and I explore the complexities of political polarization, the nature of good and evil, and the importance of personal responsibility in healing societal issues. This is AI's summed up version of it, but it's true. We discuss the hero's journey as a metaphor for personal growth, the role of fear in shaping political beliefs,...
On Self-Realization, Transformation, Responsibility, and Love 26.03.2025 1:15:59
How can we pack these topics into an hour and a half podcast?! We can't, and honestly, we didn't mean to even attempt to. This is what I call a download, if you will. I was inspired to speak, and thus, I spoke. The program where I record my podcast episodes from summed up this episode as follows: In this conversation, Samantha Marie explores the intricate relationship between capitalism, personal...
Reflections of the Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse in Virgo 14.03.2025 42:49
Oh boy is this episode a ride! Seriously. It’s mercury retrograde (almost) and this video is the proof in the pudding. I bopped around in recordings, had to re-record, and had strange cutoffs. I apologize. Please bare with me and this video! We talk astrology for people who don't really know astrology. I promise I am one of those people. I kinda just go with what I'm feeling and it's always spot o...
We Don't Have Purpose! Now, We Can Live 03.03.2025 27:53
Purpose is a tricky concept. Purpose can rule our lives. What will I do if I don't live my purpose? Am I wasting time? Am I supposed to do something else? What if we have no sole purpose? What if doing what makes us happy and living an authentic life is it? Here's a short impromptu dialogue with myself inspired by the Pixar movie 'Soul' and real life events.
Do We Have Choice? 27.01.2025 1:27:28
Hello friends! This podcast episode begins with a discussion around a new EP that Ethel Cain released titled 'Perverts.' The album is very suggestive and spurred a lot of emotions in us. In this episode, we explore sexuality, culture, vulnerability, choice, being your real self versus the self that serves a function, what we do for survival, and what the world would be like if we acted from love a...

Hello friends! We are in some crazy times. It’s hard to know what is the truth, who to believe, where to get information from etc. It’s important to know how information is used. It’s important to understand how it affects us. Join this incredible conversation that I had with my brother Eric and my partner Ben as we go from the TikTok ban to governments, information, what is good and evil, and so...
Where Is It All Going & What Is It All For 18.12.2024 1:14:32
Hello my friends! We're back! This episode is a return to the heart of what this podcast was always about; having fun, exploring questions, getting lost, finding answers, and getting more lost. I was playing the guitar and wanted to record myself so that when I am in the future I can look back and say "see! You were there and now you're here!" But where is there, and was I always going to end up t...
Plant Medicine and a New World with Jason Grechanik 10.10.2024 2:25:51
Hello friends! Welcome back to Cosmic Triggers with Sam. Today I had a guest, a very special guest. Jason Grechanik has been one of the fascilitators for the past two tobacco dietas I have attended. Jason is a man who walks with much grace and integrity and I feel honored to have been held in such sacred space in the dieta setting and to also have him share his worldview on todays episode. Jason h...
Waking Up to Love 08.04.2024 52:58
On the day of the solar eclipse, I received a few wake up calls and reminders and I felt called to share them here. The world is in a state of transformation because we are transforming. We are remembering what it is to be human and why we are here. We are remembering that we are all meant for love and joy, and we’re starting to see what prevents us from living in this place with one another.
Life is a Series of Little Deaths 18.02.2024 2:52:35
This episode is about the little deaths that can happen on a day to day, moment to moment basis. If we surrender to it. Death is beautiful, yet painful. Death is an ending of ways that were harmful to allow new and better ones to exist. It is letting go of stories of separation in order to write new ones that encourage togetherness. Death is available every day. This is an episode where I talk abo...

We’re living in gratitude for who we are and this life and the great mystery. So instead of just writing a journal entry to myself, I decided to share this love letter with you. Joy - Our Natural State of Being and Birthright 08.10.2023 46:18
As Organic Abundance would say, joy is our birthright. For the longest time I did not know what this meant. I just thought I could experience moments of joy. I did not know it was a state of being. But as I've begun to tap into my own joy, I'm realizing that it is the most natural state of being, along with love. Unfortunately, joy goes against the giant system that is in place to make sure we fun...
Dreams and the Subconscious 23.09.2023 31:38
After working with plants that help us tap into our subconscious and our dreams, I have been able to receive the information my dreams are trying to tell me. Dreams work on the subconscious level, providing us with information that is not on the surface. Our dreams help us create. They show us where we need to put our attention towards, they show us other lives and information from other places th...
An Asteroid of Love 27.04.2023 22:53
This episode is brought to you by a micro dose of psilocybin and my partner Ben. After having a fear filled day of rock climbing, he decided to dive into his fear with a micro dose and discovered that he and all of us are asteroids of love, except we don’t act like it. He point out society and how strict and good we are at keeping real love at bay, and how if we all remembered who we are, the worl...
