Cosmic Crit: A Starfinder Actual Play Podcast

The exploration of the ancient space station continues into what looks like the crew quarters. But could anything or anyone still be alive in this station? The spooky tomb of a station gives up its ghosts this week as the Nova Rush crew attempts to survive this week’s episode!

The crew of the Nova Rush battled against the space station’s scrap rats while they began to explore this ancient structure. Who built this pre-gap station and why was it wedged perfectly between two asteroids? What is the purpose of the arcane holographic projector and why is it short circuiting? The mysteries will deepen and more will reveal themselves in this week’s episode! 

Attacked as soon as they step through the airlock of this ancient space station, the crew of the Nova Rush have to stick together to survive. What manner of beast can survive this coffin of a rock and will the heroes be able to escape this dark star tomb? Those questions and more are answered on this week’s exciting combat filled Cosmic Crit!

The crew of the Nova Rush head into the Drift to cross the PACT system in a couple of days. The crew trades downtime with bridge duty, learning a little about one another as they make the journey. But you’ll have to listen if you want to find out what that odd code is they picked up and just what exactly this odd space rock is described to look like…here on this week’s episode of Cosmic Crit.

With the Nova Rush back under their control the crew of the starship heads to their job interview as Space citadel Theodrane with the Dwarven mining consortium of Ulrikka Clanholdins. Will they be able to navigate their job and make a good first impression on the impressionable dwarves? What is the odd rock in the possession of one of the dwarves and just what is this odd asteroid their being task...

It’s time to take out the trash, while the pirates of the bridge spring their trap our fearless crew does its best to retake the bridge. Can the heroes overcome this ambush or will Captain Firestorm throw them out an airlock? Listen to this week’s exciting adventure to find out!

The heroes of the Ghost Levels finish their explorations and find what looks to be a means to restart the elevator and escape, but first they have some enemies to take care of inside the cosmic orrery. But when the Vesk statue attacks and the heroes have little to no means of damaging it will they stay in fight or beat a retreat from that pesky Vesk? The Ghost Level explorers are sure that they will need to power the elevator to stand any chance at leaving this extradimensional space, so they set out for the dimly lit corridors. When they enter a workman's office what they find is dripping goop from the ceilings down on them. Will they survive a five round fight with an ooze beast or will this be the last episode of Cosmic Crit 2.0?!

The Absalom Adventurers find themselves stuck in a multidimensional malfunctioning robot, so that means another long commute to their job. When they finally get the doors open though they’ve accessed the fabled Ghost Levels of the space station, and in seeking advice from a security robot promptly get attacked for their troubles, all that and more action on this week’s Cosmic Crit 2.0!
