Andy comes home for the summer after junior year and discovers his dad is better friends with his best pal Joey these days than he is. A surprise trip up to the lake is the last thing Andy needs as he tries to save up the money to pay for school, but Joey has plans of his own.

It's supposed to be the happiest day of Charles life, but sometimes life has other plans. A fast talking stranger named Harley will put Charles' patience to the test.
