Context is Key

This episode continues the discussion with the Pharisees as Jesus goes through two scenarios of healing on the Sabbath. After this, he then appoints the twelve apostles and names them. Once this occurs, Jesus conducts a sermon on a plain, and he discusses "The Beatitudes" and discusses "The Woes."

We then also see him as a young boy visiting a temple during Passover and discussing difficult questions with the teachers.
