In this episode, we have Tommy Lombardo on the phone talking about mental health and his experience as a first responder. We dive into different ways of dealing with it, how it occurs and what you can do to support those on your crew. 

Today, we welcome Lt. Shore with Strasburg Fire to talk about his personal experience and loss with PTSD. This episode does talk about suicide and other mental health issues plaguing the Fire Service. Lt. Shore has many years of fire experience with several large departments giving us a great prospective on his struggles and accomplishments.
