One of the hardest things to do in life is to walk forward and not be able to see the path in front of you. This week Pastor Phil shares the importance of living by faith and not by sight, because God is the master of life's backroad journey's.

Nobody likes it when they feel like they are under attack. It hurts even more when you feel like you don't deserve it. This week Pastor Phil shares with us the story of Joseph and his life. Through his story about his unfair treatment, God shined through in an amazing way.

Throughout history shipwrecks have happened. Sadly, most of them were preventable. Often a small change in course or greater diligence in leadership could have prevented the disaster. The same is true in our walk with Christ. We never need to shipwreck our faith. God desires us to be strong in Him. There’s no need to be a casualty.

This week is Colonial Wood's intern weekend where we celebrate and thank our summer interns for their service to the church. This week we have Wesley Whetstone, a recent high school graduate and student of CWMC, as well as a summer intern, share with the church that we need to be focused on reaching our "lost cause" people in our life. People we we have given up on, but God hasn't.

This week Pastor Phil starts a new series entitled "Centered". In this series we will dive into how God wants us to stay centered in Him and maintain our spot in His divine will. For the first week of the series Pastor Phil talks about how we need to continually return to his presence.

This week Pastor Dan Hamrick delivers his message "Am I Listening?" In this standalone message, Pastor Dan shows us that there is a difference between hearing and listening. Our goal as Christians is to really listen to what God is trying to say to us.

Pastor Phil continues his sermon series, "The Bridge" this week with a message explaining the importance of being an influence in other people's lives. We are all authors in someone else's life and it is our job to "Pick up the Pen!"

In this week's sermon, Pastor Phil shares how we can find our Bridge home again. Desperation, Brokenness, Promises and Large Life Events are all ways God uses to Bridge our life home again.

Pastor Dan and Pastor Chelsea, the Student Ministries pastors share what is happening in the Student Ministries and also share about their theme for the year "Rise". They share with the congregation how their students have learned over the last year how to "Rise" and shine their light to their peers and the community.

This week Pastor Phil shares with us how we can find ourselves on the bridge to joy again. We take a hard look at how our own grief can be shared and how we can start the process of finding joy in our everyday lives after experiencing grief.

Pastor John Pomeroy joins us for to continue our series titled, "The Bridge". Pastor John shares how we can Be the Bridge to our community and to the people around us.

Join us on our ongoing series titled, "The Essential Gospel" with Pastor Phil. This Sunday Pastor will be talking about how Everyone Needs Good News and that God is our Forever Hope.

Pastor Dan Hamrick continues our series entitled, "The Bridge". In his sermon "The Bridge to Nowhere", Pastor Dan challenges us to look which bridge we are on and make sure we aren't on a bridge to nowhere, but on a bridge to God.
