(Christmas Eve) John 1:1-14 - The Life-Light has moved into our neighborhood! No darkness can overcome it, and no nothing can extinguish its flame.

Isaiah 35:1-10 - The joy that we seek that Advent season may be closer than we think. We may just need to start by taking our hands out of our pockets.

Isaiah 11:1-10 - There are children, youth, and advocates who are willing to help lead us to the peace that God desires. The question is whether or not we will listen to those voices.

Matthew 24:34-44 - Rise up and wake! Rub the sleep from your eyes for hope is here!

In Christ's kingdom, the light of God touches everything. So shouldn't we start living like Christ is king?

II Thessalonians 3:6-13 - Being good stewards of our time can be a tricky thing when our schedules always seem so full. But God asks that we be conscious about how we spend our time and energy so that we can be healthier people and disciples.

II Thessalonians 2:1-5, 13-17 - Words have power. They can shape the world around us. This morning as we enter into a season of stewardship, we reflect on what it means to be good stewards of our words.

Matthew 5:1-12 - It's time we talk about death and reclaim the power we have in shaping the stories of our lives. As we remember the saints who have gone ahead, we recognize our own calling to be light-bearers.

Revelation 3:1-6 - Having a clear vision/mission is vital to growth. A stagnant vision is one that tries to keep things the same. How do we challenge ourselves to push the boundaries of what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ?

Luke 18:1-8 - Our lives are intricately connected to one another. The injustice that the widow experienced impacts all of us, whether we know it or not. It may not have an explicit result, but it reflects on our spiritual well-being when we let the cries of persistent prayers go unanswered.

II Kings 5:1-3, 7-15 - Naaman might have come looking for a healing, but he left with something much more significant. "Go in peace," Elisha said, which serves as a reminder that we carry that peace within ourselves and pass it along as well.

Luke 17:5-10 - The disciples say to Jesus, "Lord increase our faith!" But what if Jesus already did the hard work of faith? How do we shift our mentalities to one of scarcity to one of liberation, one that empowers us to use our mustard seed-like gifts?

I Kings 19:11-18 - We know what it's like to be inside Elijah's cave. It's where we go when the world tells us that we are not enough and that we are not worthy of God's call. But God bursts in and tells us that we are good enough and that we are worthy to be called sons and daughters of God.

Luke 15:11-32 - The Parable of the Prodigal Son is really a story about all of us.

Luke 14:25-33 - We may be at the start of a new school year, but Jesus doesn't let that stop us from wrestling with a tough lesson.

Luke 14:1, 7-14 - It's time that we stop counting and keeping track of our social credit and live freely as the people we were created to be!

Luke 13:10-17 - It's time to take a look inside and consider the things that are important to us and think about whether or not we need a change. We may find that the answer we find is unexpected but necessary for us to grow.

Hebrews 11:29-12:2 - We take another look at the Book of Hebrews and find encouragement in those who have come before us.

Hebrews 11:1-3, 8-16 - Faith is messy but also rewarding. A part of faith means giving to God the struggles we know we can do alone. But if we are willing to set aside our pride and other baggage, we'll find ourselves in the place where God is leading us.

Luke 12:13-21 - Rev. Casey offers a reflection on Jesus' Parable of the Rich Farmer and how fear loss can have a real and harmful impact. We are also remaindered that there is always enough love and grace at the table Christ has prepared for us.

Luke 11:1-13 - God hears our prayers and we hear the prayers around us of those as well. As God has opens the door for us how will we respond in kind to others?

Luke 10:38-42 - What does it mean to be a servant and find rest at the same time? Rev. Casey challenges us to take time to sit at the feet of Jesus in the midst of our busy lives to recharge.

Rev. Casey talks about summer camp and asks the question, "Won't you be my neighbor?"

I Kings 19:1-4, 8-15a - When was the last time you talked to God in the silent moments of your life? Perhaps we need to set aside more time to be still and listen to the gentle whisper of God.

Romans 5:1-5 - Hope is a powerful force that gives us the freedom to live and to love ourselves and others. But that hope is part of a much larger process where we are continually growing and being shaped.
