Advent is a season of waiting. The expectation of God's promise fulfilled. It's about slowing down to remember the wonder of Christ coming. It's an invitation to slow down and embrace an unhurried pace. We wait with patience and hope. Listen as Pastor Ron shares about the Love of God in sending Jesus to save His people.

Advent connects us to the body of Christ who at one time was in waiting for the messiah to come... God's promise fulfilled. And now we live in our own EXPECTANT HOPE of Christ to return for His Church.

It has been said that there is more persecution of the Church today than ever in history. Certainly around the world, the Global Church is under fire. Peacemakers are not only peace keepers but they are also bold agents of change that speak to fears, competitive and divisive attitudes plus the injustices of the world. Listen as we talk about one of the boldest beatitudes.

Our culture is in a constant pursuit of happiness.  Millions of dollars are spent on marketing that portrays smiling faces, happy families and satisfied buyers while promoting products to buy, places to go or experiences to have. Christ taught that true satisfaction and happiness comes from one source, a pursuit of His Righteousness.

MEEKNESS is human power submitted to divine authority. It is not just power under control, but power under God’s control. For a Christian, meekness is about surrendering everything to God and being completely at His disposal.

Blessed are those who have a deep revelation of their sinfulness and God's holiness. When we can mourn our sin it opens the door for God's comfort and a greater appreciation for the Gospel.

Jesus declared blessings as He unpacked the Kingdom through the beatitudes. He said, Blessed are the poor in spirit. When we reject self-sufficiency and embrace our need for God we embrace the kingdom of God.

God's desire is that we would experience WHOLENESS. This series is about how God wants to Heal our Hearts, Renew our Minds and Clean our Hands so that we can live the highest and healthiest version of ourselves as He designed, for His Glory and our satisfaction in Him. This is a version so awesome that to die before experiencing it would be one of life’s greatest tragedies.

What is a Life Verse? A life verse is a verse from the Bible that speaks to you in a very special way. It seems as if it were put in God's Word just for you! Listen as Pastor Ron shares his life-long life verse, Roman 4:20-22.

We often read this parable and inductively find ourselves in the prodigal son. There is another protagonist in this in this story, the Father. He is a wise and approachable father who is full of mercy, grace and patience.

Scripture shares multiple of examples and warnings of those who embrace faith but fall away. In our text today, Paul encourages the body of Christ to not look back but rather keep moving forward in their pursuit of Christ and the resurrection. These men and/or women are not to be exalted and these "five-fold" ministry gifts are not to be aspired...
