Shortt Tuesday! Coach Michael Shortt joined Coach Kris Herron on  Coach & Friends. They pondered the question, "Just how short was Zacchaeus? "  Brandon Johnson swung by with snacks, and holidays were celebrated. 

Coach Kris Herron was joined by Coach Jerry Weems as they jumped into December. The first present of the Christmas season was presented to Coach Weems. Chip East from the Alabama Co-Op Extension shared valuable tips on planting and caring for trees.

Shortt Tuesday! Coach Michael Shortt shared Thanksgiving memories from his childhood. He and Coach Kris Herron also listed things to be thankful for that are sometimes forgotten.

Coach Kris Herron and Coach Jerry Weems kicked off the week with Coach Weems’ weekend update. In the second hour, Dr. Chip East from the Co-Op Extension Service shared information on preparing Christmas trees for the holidays.

The Barber, David Nolen, took listeners on a nostalgic trip through stores of the past. Heath Stroud fueled the excitement with a look at the third round of high school playoffs. Plus, David offered his interesting take on "Orange Justice" and his juice preferences. 

Get Up with Giddens! Coach Steve Giddens joined Coach Kris Herron to chat about his shift-work career, the history of the WeedEater (once called the “Clippe”), and stories from a trip to Panama City.

Taylor Time! Rusty Taylor recapped the latest happenings around Clay County. He and Coach Kris Herron discussed the Clay Central Volunteers' playoff game being moved to Faulkner University and shared updates on the Christmas decorations going up in Ashland and Lineville. Rusty also highlighted key headlines from The Clay Times Journal .

Shortt Tuesday! Coach Michael Shortt explored the unusual phenomenon in Barrow, Alaska, where the sun set on Monday and won’t rise again until January 22. He also talked about holiday pastries and snacks and gave an update on his granddaughter.

Coach Kris Herron and Coach Jerry Weems kicked off the week debating the best way to fry an egg. Lineville Police Chief Richard Bickerstaff joined the show to share details about the 24th annual Lineville Police Department Toys for Tots program and how to get involved.

It was Friday, and you know what that means—The Barber, David Nolen, was in the house! Nap dropped by with an update on his latest adventures, while Heath Stroud and Save had a great discussion about iconic amphitheaters.

A friend of the show, Joe Grogan, joined Coach Kris Herron on Coach & Friends.  Their devotion led into a discussion about patience — and whether we have enough of it. They also explored the idea of chicken feet as a delicacy and shared a list of Alabama food items everyone should try.

Rusty then shared the story behind the name of Lineville’s Christmas Parade, "A Holly Jolly Christmas." For golf fans, he explained how golf course distances are measured, and wrapped up with the latest headlines from The Clay Times Journal.

Coach Herron was joined by Tab in studio. They dove into the big debate: “ What’s the best soap to use? ” and explored the ongoing saga of dealing with soft water problems. Coach highlighted the unique holiday of the day and discussed prep for the upcoming Thanksgiving Blowout Extravaganza.

Coach Kris Herron and Coach Jerry Weems kicked off the week with a Veterans Day special, sharing facts and figures about the holiday. They debated the best way to prepare banana sandwiches—sliced or chopped? Coach Weems also shared a memorable story about winning over Mrs. Weems, beating out future MLB pitcher Rollie Fingers.

The Barber, David Nolen, took  Coach & Friends  to the weekend. Vickie Merle joined on Hero’s Hotline, sharing a humorous story about what she called Coach Herron’s first “senior moment.” Dave revealed his grade for Heath Stroud's performance last week, followed by a special moment when Coach Herron presented Heath with a gift of appreciation.
