We can praise the Lord because He delivers, because He is experiential, and because the LORD is near those who fear him.

The Truly blessed person has experienced God’s Forgiveness... Because unconfessed sin is a curse Because God answers prayers for forgiveness Because its God’s wise plan for you. Because its a praise worthy show of God’s steadfast love.

Because the Creator is coming to dwell with us as king, we must respond to Him, both individually and corporately, by joyfully receiving Him!

My Shepherd surely leads me to what is good. My Shepherd is firmly with me in an evil world. My Shepherd makes me dwell in honor with Him. All of this has the effect in my life that I shall not want.

The Lord reveals who He is in creation, through his Law/Word, and finally and fully through His Son. The ability to be acceptable before God comes through the true Rock and Redeemer, Jesu Christ who presents the acceptable sacrifice for sinners, so they may come near as those who please God.

Confidence in the Lord's preservation of you, his presence with you, and confidence in the Lord that reaches beyond the grave.

Psalm 13 teaches us to bring our complaints to God, knowing that he hears, to ask him to respond boldly, and by faith, even while in the midst of pain, choose to trust Him.

The righteousness and relentless goodness of God provides us refuge in a fallen world, calls for a clean conscience, and presents us a reason to praise Him.

You need faith to pray out of the deepest despair and greatest troubles knowing that God is deeper and greater. You need faith to cry out without ceasing. You need faith to pray for no victory unless it's His. You can have such faith because salvation belongs to the Divine Warrior

This sermon answers the questions, "Why do the nations rage?" "How does the Lord rule the world?" and "Who are blessed ones?" (Can I really find a happy/blessed life?).

This sermon asks and answers: Who is Blessed? What does the blessed life look like? Why can we trust God for these blessings?

Our Doctrine and love confirm our communion with God. Knowing the Triune God is to know love.

A celebration of Pentecost requires a renewed understanding of what kind of event it is, certainty of who Jesus is, and with a radical conversion to Jesus Christ that ripples to your children and those who are far off.

We celebrate the Ascension of Christ because it was his enthronement as King at God's right hand, it is the place from where He will fulfill his saving ministry, and because He has taken humanity into heaven.

Giving up everything to follow Jesus is the right price. We must follow him in life, in death, and onward to the Kingdom.

Jesus is the Messiah gives you sight by a healing touch, through the preaching of His plainly spoken word and this is the only way you may receive sight. To receive such sight you must first understand how blind you are. Receiving sight then requires you to state clearly who Jesus is. Receiving sight will mean repentance from seeing the Jesus you want to see.

To understand the danger of a lack of spiritual insight, you must understand why Jesus will not give the Pharisees a sign, what the leaven of the Pharisees and Herod is, and what hope remains for the unseeing and unhearing disciples.

Jesus satisfies because he is compassionate, more powerful than you understand, and feeds the nations, so keep coming to Him.

Jesus is risen, so worship Him without sinful fear. Jesus is reigning, so worship him with godly fear and joy. Jesus is still redeeming, so worship him by going and telling the world of his redemption.

Why should anyone give thanks to God at all? It is because He shows his goodness and his love by saving those who trust in Him. Our response must be to give thanks by remembering His saving character, by reenacting/rehearsing His story of salvation, and by continuing to ask for His saving with real expectation that He will.

Defilement is not something that happens because of what goes into your stomach, but rather on account of what comes out of your heart. But Jesus Christ in declaring all foods clean declares that even you and I can be made clean.
