Book review on "Narrative Therapy" by Freedman and Combs. Fascinating to discover that there is a prevalent segment of therapists who use these concepts which are so highly in line with metaphysical idealism. Definitely encouraging as I consider a career transition into the therapy/coaching space.

Here I wrestle with interpretations of the afterlife and also talk a bit about the personal career/mindset transition I've been going through. I was largely inspired to explore these topics due to the works of John Burke, namely his book Imagine Heaven.

What I've learned about intermittent fasting, and some other exercise/diet/supplement tips. I highly recommend Dr. Pelz's book 'Fast Like a Girl' for anyone curious about fasting, and especially for women who want to understand their hormonal cycle better

The last (and arguably best) Part of the book though likely not the end of this series as there are copious appendices
