Coleman and Christopher co host this one, finally premiering a new show Promo they spent all of 15 minutes making, highlight some of this weekends shows in Vancouver, and some of the new releases in the wide world of Metal.

Bridget plays some of old school metal and talks to touch the sun about their debut album and upcoming show with Uli John Roth.

Coleman checks in with some local shows and features new stuff from Nightbringer, Hymn, Pillorian, and more. Plus a spotlight on the "super-group" Martröð and a bunch of their associated acts (Skaphe, Antaeus, Naðra) Mucho harsh.
