However if you want to be successful long term and be more efficient with your time in this industry you need to have a guide for your career. I'm back. I know, it's been too long. I've been busy operating, helping with the ACS and playing football. On this episode I'll tell you what I've been up to and give 20 tips on operating that I've learnt over the past year.
