Christ View Versus World View

We have somehow allowed this tp go either unnoticed or deemed it unimportant or not seen it for what it is. The Spirit of the Lord reveals what it is because it has to do with Him.

What must we do to keep eternal life?

Jesus would often speak to people in short, allegorical stories to convey deep spiritual truths that they wouldn't otherwise grasp. The Lord recently shared this concerning salvation.

We say this and sing about it and mean it, but when we ask, and listen, are we ready for His answer? He is willing to reveal this and has partially already. Will we receive what He says to us.

What is truth and what is true are different and need to be understood. Conflating the two can lead to a wrong perception of life and eternity. Let's look at this together.

The Lord is showing us we need to rethink what we're doing. It's not working. It's having the opposite effect as we intend-- and we have begun to lose our sight because we either can't see it or don't want to see it.

What's Jesus telling us in this story of the young ruler? Let's see if there's something that maybe we don't consider or think about as often as we should.

Speak and not be silent. Love is the motive, not merely the perceptions of the externals. Truth at all times, as it is objective and not subjective. All three.

How are we to view, obey and worship our King and our Heavenly Father? How do we honor both, as God and as His head and our Head?

Father God is instructing and reminding us that we need to change the way we think about others and step out of our habits in sharing the Word. That's the way we think, our comfort zones, our motives, etc. And that's only going to happen if we are willing to see that sometimes what we're doing is just creating or feeding or locking ourselves and others into a filter bubble.

There's a reason it's called "artificial" and we, particularly as Christians, need to take heed to this. It's not always bad or wrong, but many times and by its own admission, it is. As I found out, it couldn't be more wrong. And in the last place I would ever hope it to be (even though I don't use it for important matters). Take this to heart.

The Lord Jesus Christ is here to speak what the Father says through His Spirit to give us crucial daily instruction. This is something that speaks to ALL of us, whether we realize it or not. Will we listen, receive and heed CONTINUALLY and HABITUALLY and INTENTIONALLY?

It's a small, short, two-letter word in English (IN) and also in Greek (EN), but its implications and actuality are huge. And we absolutely need to know it. Join me as I try to articulate what the Spirit of the Lord drew me to and opened my understanding to, and what He wants us ALL to know and appreciate and lay hold of!

Let's do what Daniel did. This is important! He RESOLVED not to DEFILE himself in one area and we must do the same in another area.

Repentance is a must. It leads to salvation and eternal life. It's the one KEY ingredient in the recipe that makes it or breaks it. We're really not hearing that today. I can attest and testify to that. Please listen and receive the Word of the Lord.

There are very important and significant differences in these two words and their usage, according to the Spirit who teaches and reveals all things. They are spiritually discerned. Please read the Word with this in mind. I know I SHALL.

We need to be aware of a set of beliefs that are not new, but that seem- overtly and covertly- to be affecting the Body of Christ. You may have already been exposed and not realized it. This is not to scare or to embellish, but to make you aware of it. Take it to the Lord to see what you should do concerning it. It can have profound effects on your faith and Christian walk.

Are you spiritually beyond the milk? Has the Lord weaned you? Are you hungry and thirsty for something more than what you may be eating and drinking? It may be OF the Father and FROM the Father and is certainly going to be answered BY the His Son, our Savior.

There's more the Father wants to impart to us in His effort and will to make us more like Our Savior! And it's necessary, so we might as well buckle up.
