Too often we do business and are underwhelmed by the outcomes of the product or service from that business. To the degree that you can really Exchange in Abundance with your public, your practice will expand and we go into this in detail here with some guidance on where to go with this.

Getting your staff to give the best experience to the patients walking in your door is crucial to an expanding and flourishing practice. Inflation is up 21% over the last 4 years. Reimbursements are going down rather than up over this time and we have successfully gotten doctors and offices from a practice fully dependent on third party payers, to increasing their cash collections significantly and no longer relying on insurance.

To run and scale your practice, the most important role to fill after the Doctor is in place - is the Office Manager. This role has been confused, misdefined and there are many iterations of this position so we lay out what you need in your practice to really get a Manager who will contain and lessen confusion in the practice.
