The Charging Up Leadership podcast is focused on helping leaders BE the best versions of themselves, whether individual contributors and leaders of SELF, or the leaders/managers of OTHERS. BE-ing starts with leaders plugging into and operating from their CORE, learning/developing strategies on various management and leadership practices, and self-care, balance, and re-charging themselves. The format features leadership guest interviews on a variety of topics, ranging from business and people problems, to intuition and authenticity, as well as shorter host-lead topics and education.
