The extremes may call our attention because we have programming that tunes us into the sensationalism and fear expressions. Between stimulus and response there is a space. What experience are you having, today? We are between that which was and that which will be. What are you creating or focused on and what is your baseline expression? I've become aware that the baggage that I carried for so long has been removed! I'm unsure if I've matured or life just flipped and rewarded me with this new perspective. Enjoy your journey. What a mess. I sat and still struggled to stop seeking meaning or a narrative. Being is so HARD for my controlling ego.

Doing in the world is so much easier than being. I have confidence in my ability to do that which is perceived as value. I'm still a little insecure about how to be in the present moment with others. The first day back on campus with students and the instruction must come after the connection.

The individual makes up the collective. So if you think that humanity is not on the right path, start with self. Is your intention driven by fear or faith? The why is first. Yet, the actions that follow that intent create our physical reality.

I understand the meaning of humanity and the big picture. I still have to live the day-to-day life. Transitions are the best time to get in alignment with a supportive lifestyle. You can do your inner work to see how you want to live in your flesh suit too.

We have infinite ways to express yet sometimes can feel lost in our focus. What's this life about and how should we express our energy? Today, I just went inside and asked what I desired. The clarity was comforting and gave me a renewed vigor! This life is a gift 🎁

My programming is an obligation to produce for them. I'm asked to define my own expression without the performance for approval. This is not as simple as I thought. I'm impatient and keep trying to control how I am seen. What is our authentic expression offering and do we have courage to align with that?

When I'm doing the work I don't always realize the fear behind my consciousness. Trying to communicate the vision challenges me to share my true voice. I normally rely on confidence and push through. Now, I'm asked to use faith, let go and allow it to flow. I'll accept the challenge but hold back the imaginary mob with pitchforks.

The journey is not to traverse the game and upgrade from a pawn into the role of the king. The path is in understanding the limitation of playing as a game piece at all. The journey is not simple nor all joy. There is struggle, internal and external along the way. Today, I sit in my frustration, self doubt, and lack of clarity. The beach helps sooth but the real soothing is for the inner child still feeling alone. (Poor audio quality due to wind in the beach ⛱)

There's a game that I want to play. Yet it seems that everyone around me is playing a different game. I want to play the one that I envision. If I play with them, then they get their fun and I lose. What if I can change my narrative? How can we play together and both win? How is my stubbornness getting in the of all play? My fears are stoppingthe game from even starting.

Our creations require consistent manipulation, effort, attention, time and resources. If we stop doing that which we created it will naturally return to homeostasis. If we only allow that which nature creates then we ignore human creation gifts. I assume there is a balance in constant effort to maintain a human creation and the respect that life will flow without our need to control.

Have you ever woken up already exhausted? Not physically but mentally tired from constantly scanning the present comparing to a part experience. In just going to give myself permission today to take a break without guilt or shame.

There is a limitation on my creation process. I don't trust other humans and I refuse follow their ways (instructions, processes, narratives) . I believe they are manipulating me to use my energy for their cause without caring about my being. That which I loathe in others is that which I despise in self. When do I do for you besides when I can get what I desire?

The education system has ensured that we are all dependent on it. Without participating in that game, we lose. The intention is to create a community of support where the individual has agency and voice in the game. Without the community they can still find their way. We attempt to offer an enhanced experience for thriving, not requiring something for survival.

"Equally yoked" can be used to ostracize people. We can hold our centers and walk into any energy without being impacted. We can cultivate the possibilities that move humanity forward, knowing we are all in transition. Intention is everything. Are you acting in fear or for the highest good of all involved?

Sometimes the message is to pause and take it all in. Today, I respect time and find peace in the moment.

In a community the only winning is when it serves the entire collective. Does the result benefit the whole. Action delivers results after the discussion. We will practice learned communication skills.

Open door policy without a culture that promotes vulnerability and service is just a perception of valuing interdependence. As a member of a collective you WANT people to come to you so you can serve them as they do you.
