It's so easy to make really bad decisions when you make decisions hastily and without thinking things through. Sometimes, we need a friend to help us think things through the right way. Proverbs 20:18 gives us some great guidance on getting good guidance.

Do you really believe everything that everybody tells you? How about everything that Google spits out at you when you search a topic? No one can really be 100% trusted...except for Jesus! Have you learned to trust him, or do you find yourself doubting him like you doubt people?

Character. It might be the most important thing that you possess. And the people closest to you know the ins and outs of your character, maybe better than you do. Do you have the guts to ask them where your character needs the most growth? It may be hard to hear their answer, but it may be the best thing for you in the long run!
