Sunday, April 11, 2021 - "Introduction on the Study of Jude". This is the first day of our study on this short yet very powerful book of Jude. We will find today that Jude introduced himself as a "servant of Christ Jesus" and a "brother of James". We also will discover that Jude, like James, was the 1/2 brother of Jesus. Why then wouldn't Jude say that? We're going to dig into this interesting que...

Easter Sunday - April 4, 2021 - A day of great celebration for us. What we're going to discover today is that for those that witnessed this event, it didn't seem good for them. It was a disaster and a great travesty to see Jesus hanging on a cross and then laid in a tomb. Even as Jesus tried multiple times to tell them this was all going to happen and he would rise from that tomb and conquer death...

Palm Sunday - The day people celebrated Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem beginning the Passover week. This was an important week in the annual Jewish tradition, but this year was different because Jesus was there. What we're going to discover today is that just because Jesus was being heralded as the coming King of the Jews many didn't really have clue to what that was going to mean for them...

Sunday, March 21, 2021 - This is the last message in our study on 2nd Peter. I really enjoyed this study and hope that if you've been following you have as well. I've titled this message, "Looking Forward and Living Like It". Peter ends this 2nd letter by sharing with his readers some very important information on how the world will end and then more encouragingly how eternity will entail the "New...

Sunday, March 14, 2021 - The title of today's message is "Time to Double Down". We are diverting for the day from our study on 2 Peter because today at the end of our service we are having our annual business meeting and this message is what the Lord would have us speak about as we are preparing for that meeting. As a church, these kinds of meetings are always good opportunities to evaluate where...

Sunday, March 7, 2021 - As we are continuing in the study of 2 Peter, he mentions that "the day of the Lord will come like a thief" in verse 10 of Chapter 3. We talked about this last week as well, but today I want to talk specifically about the "age of the Antichrist" and what that implies about the days we're currently living. I believe that with everything that is happening all around us, we ca...

Sunday, February 28, 2021 - We are continuing in our study of 2 Peter. As we begin in chapter 3, verse 10, Peter refers to the "The day of the Lord" and that it will come as a thief. This raises a very good and important question - what is "the day of the Lord"? If we don't understand what that is referring to, then we will miss the point of the rest of this chapter. So today, we are spending the...
