cconn 3Speak Podcast

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/iruwygsl I love my led poi, but not as much as I love my firepoi haha here is one of my last spins before the fire ban took place

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/pcioznse another wicked shot my friend Mylo took of me performing the art of dodging lights haha. i do gotta say that it still trips me out to see how fast I move. really neat I got the chance to perform in front of the biggest crowd I have ever spun infront of. I did a good 15 min sesh before coming down to dance be sure to follow my instagram page where I upload c...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/zfucwtre Heres some new content for yall! I got some new poi and put only the best patterns on then! they really show up well, let me know what you think

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/ylxpkyyrzg This was a big brain moment for me. I was literally messing around and learned the Behind The Back 3 Beat Weave (btb 3beat for short). Now to learn it backwards hehe 🌈🔥⚡❄💧🌈🔥⚡❄💧🌈🔥⚡❄💧 You can also follow me to keep up to date on my accounts and now I can reveal my new performing artist name! My new poi account handle is @prismatic.x.flow Prismat...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/qiptsdykwx I finally got a routine figured out now with all these new moves I got. Figured I should put them together and see what it looks like. Choreography is tough. First off, I was having some issues on settling on a song. I wanted a BPM I could flow without spinning the poi too fast. This worked out well, nice bass and chill 100BPM. This video highlights my ac...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/gjlyzqhddc This trick by far has been the toughest one for me to wrap my head around. I could only turn to one side into reverse and get stuck, but persistence wins haha Most of the time I would just wing it, trying to comprehend not unwrapping my hands (straitjacket) and somehow avoid the swinging projectiles that really like to whack me in the face or nuts. But af...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/wwskbyorsp it’s amazing how technical swinging these glowing socks are. For this video, I learned how to change spinning in a vertical wall/wheel plane into a horizontal / corkscrew plane with 1 simple trick! As I pass the poi from one wheel plane to the other, when it passes in front of me in wall plane, I do a hand wrap. When they are tight on my hands, I can then...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/vqrqzcho I know it's been awhile since I uploaded any music or mixes. Who wants **3 1/2 hrs** of free music? I'll keep this description short so I dont distract you hehe. I shall stay loyal with sharing a monthly music post for you guys and girls. There is always time to mix music and feel good in between the adventures of life. I have also picked up spinning poi th...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/etnnojcdhw A wicked time I had coming back to Vancouver Island this summer. I got to play a 3 hour Deep Dubstep boiler room style out in Port Renfrew. My best friend caught some live action of me in the zone, let me know what you think

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=cconn/ryrybvvj Learned a new move the other day, it's called the Snake. It consists of one poi in front of you while the other is behind, then cycle through them both! It's the first move I am doing in this video and this move is also opposite direction! The next moves I have incorporated are the 3 beat & around the sun. I am keeping them on my wall plane as I am not movi...
