This week I talk of my recent success fishing for ferox on Lough Corrib. I have had great success over the years and spent hundreds of hours catching ferox to over 20lb including the record 25lb 2oz. In this episode I share some of my knowlege and give an insight into catching these incredible specimens. I am also offering patrons the chance of winning a day with me ferox fishing this September.

This week I had an amazing few days on the Corrib at Portacarron Bay. I talk of my experience, the conditions, tactics and flies used. I caught all my fish on a fly given to me by professional tyer Jimmy Tyrrell, a deadly detached body mayfly. All fish were from 2.5lb to just under 6lb. Enjoy!
