Care Act Conversations with CASCAIDr

Education EN ↓ 23 episodes

Please note CASCAIDr is no longer operating as a charity. Care Act Conversations offers clear, understandable information for people who are grappling with the adult social care system, and for advocates, advisors and decision makers. Our first podcasts are on getting the Care Act process right from assessment through to care and on making sense of hospital discharge. Each episode, we give an overview of the law around an important area of social care law, explore some of the common issues and how to avoid them, and provide advice on what to do if you think something unlawful is happening.
