In Part 2 of this episode series, we hear from three more UT Austin students in the Texas 4000 for Cancer Program, one of whom has already completed the ride to Alaska. We discuss pre-ride lessons, post-ride takeaways, and the importance of support services for individuals and families facing cancer. 

In Part 1 of this two-part episode series, two students at the University of Texas at Austin share their experience in the Texas 4000 for Cancer program, which provides leadership development and training to prepare students to bike from Austin, Texas, to Anchorage, Alaska, in order to raise funds and awareness for cancer.

In Part 2 of this episode, we shadow Livestrong Cancer Institutes Clinic Physician Assistant Lindsay Kozicz during a typical day as a PA, including reviewing labs and charts for patients, communicating with other healthcare providers, and seeing patients and families for appointments.
