Have you ever heard the phrase, "You don't know what you don't know?" When we're living in darkness, we are completely blind to the truth. We are ignorant but believe we are wise. Join us this Wednesday to explore God's Word in pursuit of truth and wisdom that can come only through fellowship with Jesus Christ.

Today we learn a great lesson from James that faith is an action word. Join us as we go deeper into what it means to live differently for Jesus Christ.

James 2:1–13 calls the church to reflect the character of Jesus: no favoritism, no class system, and no ranking of worth only mercy that flows from a faith that is truly alive and active. Faith becomes visible in how we “seat” people in our hearts correctly.

This week, the second half of James Chapter 1 will challenge us to put our faith into action. He’ll remind us we can’t just listen to God's word, we must “do it” by allowing God’s Word to transform our behavior and the way we live our lives.

Tonight, we gather to engage in targeted, intentional prayer. As we come together, we will pray for God’s church and our mission team as they are sent to Peru. We will pray with faith and expectancy, trusting God to strengthen His people, accomplish His purposes, and transform lives through His power.

Today we learn an important lesson from the book of James in that God will sometimes use trials to build us up and increase our faith.

Sometimes we doubt an outcome because we judge the future based on what we’ve witnessed in the past, but we need to ensure we’re not losing faith in God’s abilities. James 1:1–11 shows that trials have a purpose, God uses pressure to grow our faith, build perseverance, and lead us into maturity and wisdom as we learn to trust Him in every season.

Today we learn about the similarities between the trial of Paul and the trial of Jesus. The big lesson is that Jesus brings truth, righteous, and salvation to a sinful world.

2 Corinthians 13 is a challenge from Paul to be honest about your walk with Christ. Examine Yourself in Faith asks if your faith is real and active, not just something you say, but something that is changing how you live, think, and follow Jesus every day

Paul prepares to stand before Agrippa. His example teaches us to be less consumed with prepared answers and more faithful to have prepared hearts.

Paul defends his ministry not with pride, but with sacrifice, humility, and genuine love. Though wounded by criticism, he chooses instead to pour himself out for their spiritual growth. The passage reveals a powerful truth: God’s servants are strongest when they walk in integrity, endure weakness, and confront sin with love and courage.

Today we learn the valuable lesson that our weakness can become our strength when we place our trust in Jesus.

The first portion of Acts 25 describes the injustice Paul faced in the Roman legal system. Paul knew he was being falsely accused by the Jewish authorities, and he also knew the Roman courts were unfair. Instead of taking matters into his own hands, Paul waited patiently and trusted God to defend him.

Paul is put in a scenario where he chooses to boast to show that he is a real apostle. However, we will see that his boasting is in his weakness. It is in our weakness where Gods strength is shown and we can accomplish all God has for us to do.

Paul stands before Felix with a clear conscience, but it is not just Paul on trial it is truth itself. As Paul speaks of righteousness, self-control, and judgment, Felix is shaken. He feels the weight of truth but chooses delay over decision. This moment exposes a hard reality: hearing truth is not enough. When truth stands trial in our hearts, the verdict is revealed by our response.

Today we see Paul open his heart and share his desire for the church in addition to providing a warning against false teachers. Its a great message we could all learn from.

Paul is falsely accused, yet responds with truth and confidence in God. Faithful obedience may look like trouble to the world, but we are called to stand firm and trust God to judge justly.

Paul teaches a simple but powerful truth: stop comparing yourself to others and stop trying to prove your worth. God has given each person a purpose, and what matters most is faithfulness to that calling. We are called to live for an Audience of One, seeking to please God rather than people.

Once again Paul is being taken somewhere with false accusations. He will need to be fearless and ready for whatever comes his way. God will be his source of strength and help. He is also ours.

Satan wants to destroy us, and he begins in our minds. Prayer is the beginning of winning the battle before us. Prayer Suiting up with the full Armor of God is how we claim victory.

This passage reveals God’s providence working behind the scenes through people, timing, and circumstances. God is never absent in the details. What looks like coincidence may be divine coordination guiding your path forward.

Today Paul teaches us that one of the ways we can live out our faith is through sharing the blessings God has given us.

Paul finds himself once again in a pickle. Facing another unfair trial and standing all alone. However, our Lord never lets us stand alone. Paul can trust that God will be there for him and we can to.
