This week we'll see that Jeremiah speaks words of encouragement to the house of Israel that they should return from their backslidings. God will use the northern kingdom as an example that the southern two tribes of Judah should have learned from, sadly though we'll see they refused to listen. We'll also see the Lord tell Jeremiah to blow the trumpet for destruction was on the way.

This week we'll continue on in our study of the book of Colossians as Paul makes several powerful and amazing declarations about who Jesus is. We'll also talk about how we are reconciled to God in Christ Jesus and we'll take a look at Paul's ministry to others. Join us this week as Jeremiah receives his first message which was to be taken to the city of Jerusalem. It certainly won't be a popular message as God lays out His case against His people. They had forsaken Him and worshipped other gods. In the midst of God's rebuke of His people we also see His love as He calls them to return to Himself.
