My Chemical Romance  have cleared all of the posts from their X account ahead of their final show on the current leg of The Black Parade 2026 Stadium Tour.

Tool 's  Danny Carey  has revealed a potential timeline for their next studio album and backed that up with talk of some special performances that they would like to put on to coincide with the release.

Julien’s Auctions is giving music fans a chance  to bid on guitars from legends and more  in the business. The auction house is teaming with Gibson Guitars’ charity arm Gibson Gives for the auction and proceeds will go to Gibson Gives and FirstBank Amphitheater Music Education Program.

W.A.S.P. is hitting the road for the "1984 to Headless" North American tour with KK's Priest, running September 10th through October 31st.  The trek will feature songs from the band's first four albums , spanning 1984's debut through 1989's "The Headless Children."

Anthrax bassist Frank Bello says the band's long-awaited new album is tentatively set for a May release through Megaforce and Nuclear Blast.  It'll be their first record in about 10 years, following 2016's "For All Kings."  

Gene Simmons is still complaining about rappers being in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  He says, quote, "Music has labels because it describes an approach."

 Kid Rock is pushing back on lip syncing claims tied to his Turning Point USA halftime show performance.  He went on Fox News and said the issue was a production sync, not fake vocals.

 Dave Draiman from Disturbed wants to put together a music festival featuring Bad Bunny AND Kid Rock, along with other acts of different genres and political affiliations.

The singer's death was confirmed in a statement on  social media  confirming that the musician had passed earlier today (Feb. 7). The news comes after Arnold was diagnosed with stage 4 clear cell renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer, in 2025.

A woman shared a series of statements on Facebook on Feb. 7 alleging that she met up with a member of Nothing More's crew during one of their shows a few days prior, drank alcohol with him and then became "incapacitated."

Netflix is getting ready to air a documentary  that chronicles the origin story of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. "The Rise of the Red Hot Chili Peppers" examines the band’s formative years and the influence of original guitarist Hillel Slovak, who died in 1988.
