Though the term “to scale” has only come into use in a business context in the new millennium, the secrets to scaling a business are contained in the Hubbard managements system being developed since 1950.  It starts with understanding that to scale one must master at least TWO technologies, and here is where we start discussing the second one.

If you have been wondering how to scale your business, or wondered if your business is scalable or not, or what “to scale” even means in the business world, and what LRH data covers this hot topic and buzzword, this short series of episodes is going to get all this cleared up.  As always, let’s start with some fundamentals.

One of the interesting things one discovers when seeking truth is that it tends to be counter-intuitive at first.  Once recognized, of course, things get much, much simpler, and one wonders how one could ever have bought into the untruths!  This is one of the most fundamental of all, and solves pretty much anything and everything.

There is a FATAL ATTRACTION that will cut across your ability to handle time.  This is our last episode in this short series on TIME MANAGEMENT.  If you have been listening, your time management is probably improving, but this episode puts it all together for you.

If you have been following this series of episodes on TIME MANAGEMENT then you have learned that to master time, you have to learn to master the cycle of action.  But to master the cycle of action, you need to master something else, and that is the subject of this week’s episode!

There is one word in the Hubbard management system that, clearly understood and applied, not only puts you at cause over time, it can practically put you at cause over anything. You have probably heard it, but make sure you really understand it.  

This is a series on TIME MANAGEMENT.  In it you can expect to learn many disciplines that will help you cause and control time, but this episode contains a “heavy rule” that will not only make an immediate impact on your time management but is also a fundamental to the rest of this series.

This is the first in a series of episodes on TIME MANAGEMENT. If you don’t have time to listen to it, you probably should.   I guarantee that you have bought into some lies on this subject, let’s start off by giving you the truth.

I cannot think of a more valuable personality trait than persistence.  And none is more telling in establishing who to put on your team.  And another thing, if you are a little weak on persistence yourself, you may have a hard time realizing greatness.  Start cultivating it.  This episode will help.

I know of no means of generating new business that is more effective, faster, and lower cost than generating referrals.   If you master this you will never have a problem with getting new customers, clients, patrons or patients. Learn these five steps well!

Lots of folks are going to teach you about how to make more money.  It’s an important (and popular) subject.  Some are excellent, some are harmless, some are kind of dumb.   But whatever you learn regarding raising income, you are going to need this BASIC!
