Since 2011, when I thought I would try school bus driving as a part time job, I never had this dy in mind. A few hours a day expanded. The days of the week increased. The wages went up. But the toxic environment stayed. Always short of drivers. Awkward hires with limited people skills. And a school system that could care less what the bus drivers said.
