Make decisions is something we all struggle with at one time or another. We ask God to show "ME". When we Remain in Him, Obey His teachings and Love like He loved, the answers to our Uncertainties become more clear.

As we continue our series we look at the story of Lazarus and the subject of Grief. How does Jesus come along and Lift Our Heads? He absorbs and understands your pain. He hurts alongside you. Will you let Him be all that He is and all that He can be?

Shame. It's something that we all deal with, but how far do you let it go in your life? Repent and let Jesus forgive your sins. Let Him take your burdens and restore your peace and assurance in the family of God.

There are a lot of us in the world Suffering. We have different types of pain. How would you rate it? Know that God hears you and can heal you. Just have faith and repent for your sins. God often uses our pain to teach us something about Him or ourselves.

Have you ever seen God working in other's lives, but not yours? He could be saying "hold on, I want you to see something". Remember to lift your head because God is with you. He is in control. Sometimes unanswered prayers are one of God's greatest gifts because he may be shaping something inside of you that you didn't know you needed.

The devil is constantly attacking us trying to veer us off course. The biggest temptation we'll face is that we can get through this life on our own. Nothing will sustain us except obedience to Him.

In the final message of the series we look at last part of Paul's writings in 1 Corinthians. Love is the MOST important thing because everything in this life will disappear. When we realize how foolish things are in this life, our vision will become clear and LOVE will remain.

Have you ever stopped to think about the implications of the word "Always". God uses it frequently when discussing Love. It always protects, trusts, hopes and perseveres. When love becomes a part of our identity love never fails.

What causes you to rejoice? Would it be hitting a buzzard beater at the end of a basketball game? We should rejoice in God's truths. Love is essential for finding joy because joy comes from the Truth. Love your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.

Today we looked at what love IS NOT. Love does not envy, boast, have pride, is self seeking or dishonor others. Love puts others and their needs first. If this desire is in your heart, God will provide for you. So think back to your daily interactions... Are you living what love should be? Or shouldn't be?

What does love look like in your life. Sometimes it sounds like we’re just adding adjectives to what love does. But what we’re saying is the verb of what love does. Love looks like mercy. Love patiently endures. It’s not easily angered. Love looks like grace and mercy. Love shows kindness and keeps not record of wrongs. LOVE is starting New Each Day.

The start of this 6 week serious begins in 1 Corinthians looking at the versus regarding Love. You can have impressive gifts, incredible intelligence and unwavering faith, but without Love all this is worth nothing. Without Love you gain nothing. Love is the most important thing and God Is Love.

Christmas is proof that God's Word never fails. Everything about the arrival of Baby Jesus was different than what the world thought it should be. He was born in a stable, in a manger, to the virgin Mary. There was no big announcement. He came into this world, just how God had Promised.

What is sanctification? Do you have faith in it? A lack of faith comes in one of two forms: either it doesn't matter to us or it's not possible in us. To sanctify is to purify. God produced Baby Jesus in the womb of Marry; therefore, He can produce Holiness in YOU!

When someone says "You have my word.", what does that mean to you? It seems like theres not a lot of people you can trust in this world anymore. However, theres One whose word you can always trust and who paid the price so Your Sins Are Forgiven.

Do you ever feel like no matter what you pray, you feel like God isn't listening? Are you as ready to be apart of the solution as you are the plea? When God opens the door, you have to be ready to walk through it. He won't take you somewhere that He is not.

When you pray, what do you pray for? Sometimes are prayers are silly and other times they're extremely heavy. Today we looked at Nehemiah 1. What if we prayed like Nehemiah?

Have you ever sat down and thought what your spiritual gifts are? All of our spiritual gifts are different, but come from the same source. There is diversity among us, but God is always the same. At times are gifts are a thrill to discover. Would you be willing to let Jesus be the thrill of your life?

We finished up "Heaven Awaits" digging into Revelation 21. Do these verses make sense to you? Heaven isn't about the place, but rather the community with God.

God makes a promise to us that one day this world will end. How do you respond to that? Each day is a gift God has given you help someone as Heaven Awaits. So what are you waiting on?

All around us people are hurting and wondering if they are enough. This isn't a new feeling to human beings. This issue dates all the way back to Bible times, but the beautiful thing is the worry, constant battle and hurt will end. Heaven Awaits as God Draws Near.

We just finished up the sermon series "Go" which focused on getting out in the community and serving others. Today we take a look back with Pastor Jack Norman on the history of Brookside and how we got to where we are today as a church.

As we wrap up the series "Go" we look at the very heart of "going", missions; which, also turns out to be the heart of God. Missions is the call of the entire church. Some object to missions, saying we should stay local. What is God's response? Are you answering His call for you?

In the fourth message in the series "Go" we look at serving Near our homes in the community. Sometimes serving doesn't go like we had planned in our head. We get discouraged and retreat. We look in the book of John to realize we must humble ourselves and realize that no act is to low for you. So what's stopping you from serving?

We continue our series "Go", but we look at issues we can encounter while serving. We experience failure, which is often the result of our preparation. Serving starts at Home. If we aren't serving our children and spouses as God intended then we aren't really serving at all. Our Home is the training ground for serving in our communities.
