We look at another failure of David in this message. All he did was number the people, but he says that he sinned greatly. Why is that?

One of the main detectors of who you are spiritually is how you respond to a reproof. And we find that it is so important how one responds to reproof. In this instance, we learn that it was a matter of life or death.

How is your communion with God? How separate are you from this world? This message deals with the fact that if we are in communion with our Savior, then we will not be in communion with this world, just like light and darkness cannot abide in the same place.

This evening we look at the very sad story of David’s great sin with Bathsheba. We take a close look at what led up to his great sin, and where we as Christians can learn from his tragic mistakes.

The main passage of this sermon is Galatians 2:15-20, where Paul expresses his loyalty to his Savior, and we learn how devoted we need to be to our Savior once we realize everything He has done for us.

Tonight, we learn from David’s mistake that we can be sincere in our will to obey God, and yet still be wrong in our method of doing so, if we don’t go to God’s Word first.

In this message, we look at the final three things Christ said before he died on that cross. “My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me?”, “It is finished”, and “Into Thy hands I commend my spirit.”

This evening, we focus on Colossians 4:10, where it talks about Marcus, the nephew of Barnabas. We find that he is also known as John Mark, who had accompanied Paul and Barnabas at one time.

This evening, we look at three sins David committed in II Samuel, and we see how they quickly progressed into bigger ones. This is a warning to us as Christians to not ever let the little sins slip by.

This is, once again, something Christ said on the cross right before he died. and there is such a powerful application found in these two words. He went through thirst so we could never thirst again!

Tonight, we look at Colossians 4:9, where Paul commends a faithful brother, Onesimus, and we find more about him in the book of Philemon.

Steven Hohenstreet Preaches out of Haggai 2, and the word of the Lord coming straight to Zerubbabel. And the theme of this short book of the Bible is getting back to work on God’s house, and don’t worry about the future, but simply serve God with what you know to do, and trust Him for the rest.

Camden King preaches from Psalm 113, a psalm about praising our God. And he pulls great truths about the fact that we should always praise the Lord out of this psalm.

This is the second message preached here at the Montana/Idaho preacher’s fellowship, and Dawson Neal preaches from II Samuel 5,6 where David fights battles and wins, but then tries to move the ark of the covenant, and it cost a man’s life.
