Did Christ assert that He would never put upon you more than you could endure? Will He ever subject you to trials that are beyond your control? In this message, we look at the story of a woman who finally comprehended the unwavering power of her faith in God, yet her life was not lacking in trials and testing.

To someone who lacks wisdom or is not saved, this book can seem like a very depressing book. And if you look at life “under the sun”, it truly is! But we have hope! And we know the “conclusion of the whole matter”.

There still is such a thing as truth! Don't let this world system make you think otherwise. The only words of truth we have are the words of God, and in Proverbs, Solomon instructed his son over and over to bow his ear and listen to the words of the wise so he would know their certainty and be able to tell them to others. How does this apply to you?

Wisdom is the theme of the book. There is so much to glean from it, and there will never be a dearth of understanding when you study this book! Wisdom truly is the principal thing!

Isaiah 51:7 says, "Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings." The Lord is looking of us to listen, be righteous, and obey boldly! 

Psalms! The Hebrew Hymnbook! This is a book filled with so much song and praise and confession and worship and prayer and many many more things that all point to the Lord! What a great reminder that our song should always point to God. Please tune in to this overview of the book of Psalms!

We start a new series in the book of I Thessalonians! We take a look at the first 4 verses of chapter one, and look at how Paul knew for certain that the Thessalonians people were saved people! When people look at you life, do they recognize that you're different? Do they see any change in you? People should know without a doubt that you are a believer in Christ!

In the message, we not only study the historical aspect of the book of Esther, but also, we will take a look at the spiritual outline of the book. We will look at some of the characters, and how they represent foes and friends that we may face in our walks with the Lord.

Every now and then, we need a reminder about why we believe what we believe about baptism as Baptists! And this evening we are happy to have two people get baptized, so there's no better time to go through this important doctrine than now. See from God's Word what it means to be baptized and what baptism symbolizes, etc.

Job, outside of the Lord Jesus Christ, received the most trials and hardships in his life than probably any other man. And yet, even he, in his darkest hour understood the goodness of God, and the truth of the resurrection! Christ is alive!

It’s time to build the wall! The book of Nehemiah has so many powerful truths in it like how we as Christians must have a wall of defense around our hearts and minds to keep the enemies out! Yet another Old Testament book with many applications to the New Testament believer.

In tonights message, we look at four different kinds of entanglement. Foolish debates, False doctrine, fleshly defilement, and frivolous distractions. These are things we cannot avoid happening in our lives, but with Christ's help, we can avoid being entangled in these things, and overcome them in our daily spiritual battles.

To think that Christ never called anyone a fool is simple ignorance. In today’s message we find that Christ called a Pharisee a fool, and got right to the point, and that was his heart. He knew how to make the outside look good, but the inside didn’t match. Please tune in.

"...teach a just man, and he will increase in learning." "The just man walketh in his integrity..." "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again..." There is much to learn about the "just man". Let us all strive to be like this man found throughout the book of Proverbs!
