Blow the Whistle is made by a student at the University of Northern Iowa, Christopher Long, who is detailing his start to his coaching career all the way from square one, along with advice and information for beginner to intermediate workouts/fitness, and lifestyle advice to make the population more aware of the secret toxic lifestyle they are likely living! All 3 are rolled into one episode each barring unforeseen circumstances or a unique episode!
