The big Maddarings paintings didn't sell, so we're trying smaller different ones now for half the price. I'd like to get selling at Camden so I can approach other retailers there. Guitar Guitar will get their present somehow. I was planning on leaving them with a Blond Card every time I collect cardboard from outside their shop, but without a letterbox don't know how yet.

These are the first 20 black ink drawings on British Library paper from my Heckel's Horse Jr. series. A lady from East Finchley sold the paper to me for next to nothing. It belonged to her husband who had recently died, so she was having a clear out. They are painted in good quality Winsor and Newton Indian ink and PVA glued to the cardboard. I noticed today that two of this batch are mislabelled. An Offgridlife has an Alan label and one of the cats is labelled Aon. I'll keep these two in case it's like misprinted stamps that end up being collectable. This week is the first sunny week of the year, so I was out 5 days in a row. The Blond Card series keep being popular, especially with kids. Having them on the floor probably helps for the same reason supermarkets put the bright colourful sugary sweets on the bottom shelf, so kids see and nag their parents for them. I don't like wearing rings on my thumb, so have reached my full quota with 7 as I already have an engagement ring, even though it's on the wrong finger.
