Zendaya (one of my favorite actors) is left with nothing to do in this poorly written and directed film. Robert Pattinson's character is a poor man's Hugh Grant who can't stomach a shocking revelation from his fiance's past. Will he call the wedding off or forgive the love of his life and move forward (spoilers will be shared).

I review a great film seldom seen from my Big Lots haul as they were closing business for good. Ask Alexa or search for The Penitent Thief on streaming apps. A story of the two men crucified with Jesus at Calvary. One mocks Jesus and the other says "remember me when You enter Your Kingdom.."

My initial thoughts on the 2024 Oscar nominations

Emilia Perez is more entertaining than it appears. A big winner at the Golden Globes and nominated for many upcoming awards, this international feature is worth watching from the comfort of your home.

Is Anora worth the hype? Bitty & Betty discuss what they liked and disliked about this film that won Best Feature (Palm D'Or) at Cannes last spring.

Do turtles have balls? Asking for a friend. So my first attempt at "becoming pope" failed miserably since I turned off the speaker prior to recording. I gave away the ending (almost) so this is the snipped version. Definitely check out this very relevant film before you vote for the next president!

It Ends With Us but who is "us" is the question we are wondering? Ryle, Atlas or someone else?? Bitty and Betty discuss the best film of the year so far. If you liked Past Lives or any "love triangle" flick this one's for you. Take a date and enjoy this in the theater. Best Picture, Best Actress and Best Adapted Screenplay are all in play for this Blake Lively (actor, producer) gem.

Dave and Heli (Bitty and Betty) celebrate 5 years from the day they first text each other by going to a comedy show. We review Martin Lawrence and New Kids On The Block shows. Twisters/Longlegs/Trap reviews

Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine star in a romantic drama which explores whether a divorced mother can truly love a pop star who is 16 years younger. Paparazzi be damned, they have a go at it. Watch and discover if they can make it last.

Henry Cavill and Eiza Gonzalez lead a motley crew of mercenaries against a Nazi occupated harbor in Spain. Based on a true story, this is a loud, obnxious great time at the movies.

Bitty discusses two of his favorite rom/coms of the year. Both films will put a smile on your face while reaffirming God is good and love blooms in unexpected ways.

Betty chimes in on the Adapted Screenplay award winning film, American Fiction. Bitty agrees it's good but not great (and just mildly funny).

Nicolas Cage fans will enjoy this film which tackles the phenomenons of "going viral" and "cancel culture" all lived out by an ordinary professor named Paul Matthews (not to be confused with Freddy Kruger).
