“Adulting” is a trendy term often used to describe individuals demonstrating responsibilities. However, we all view adulting in different ways. In this episode, we will be discussing our understanding of “adulting” and our fears about becoming an adult.  

Careers are perceived differently across cultures and ethnic backgrounds. In this episode, we explore how career choices and aspirations were viewed in our households growing up. 

Bullying is an ongoing issue for youth. In today’s episode, we discuss the effects of bullying and suggest some solutions that youth can use to support their mental health and wellbeing.
