It is true! We are the most cruel to ourselves! How we talk to ourselves matters. We say things to ourselves that we would never say to a friend or relative. How we view and compare what is happening in other people's lives matters too.  Jodi shares some personal stories from her life and a clip from the Drew Barrymore show that drive these points home.
