Jodi does this show based on her own experiences and opinions, but she recently realized that maybe she was wrong about something she had felt strongly about and discussed many times on this show.  She had to "check" herself because the person she was hurting was herself.  We all have opinions but sometime our minds might need to be opened, changed or at the very least, rearranged.
