Herein is a great reminder of the value of each human being on earth as well as the reminder to fear God.  This is a great balance point in a context about being submissive.  The instructions in this passage of Scripture enables saints to have a great mindset towards other people.

Are there instructions in the Scriptures to keep the Sabbath Day holy that apply today?  There are certainly many who think so.  We are going to consider the Scriptures and the fact that there are NOT true Sabbath keepers today.

Are Christians expected to obey civil governments when such governments are ungodly?  If so, why?  This study will cover these things through the Scriptures.

Cookies!  Yum!  Most people enjoy sweets, like cookies, from time to time.  This time of year in the USA this is especially true.  There are some spiritual lessons to consider as we think about cookies.  Listen in to think about sweets and some applicable lessons.

In this lesson, we will be studying about abstaining from fleshly lusts while living as strangers and pilgrims in this present world.  In part, this has to do with being examined by men (I Peter 2:13-16).  If/when charges are brought against the faithful, will the conduct of the saint charged stand above the accusations.

Sadly, there are undeniable racial divisions amongst those professing to be Christians.  Bill and Brian talk about that and related matters from the Scriptures.

Gentiles, who were not the people of God under the Law of Moses, are now through the promises made long ago.  Therefore, not being God’s people in the past; they [we] can now be through God’s mercy.  That which was once only descriptive of Israel now pertains to all who choose to be God’s people!

In our two previous lessons we’ve talked about redemption through the blood of Christ and faith in God the Father through Christ (I Peter 1:18-21).  Now, among several wonderful items of truth, we are going to talk about the Holy Spirit.  We are also going to look at an "above all" instruction regarding love among the saints.

It is commonly thought that God will hear anyone who prays to Him, sings to Him, or comes in other forms of worship before Him.  That is not correct.  We are going to look at Scriptures in this lesson that clearly declare that you have be obedient to the Lord for Him to hear your prayers and accept your worship.

So very often people look for Scriptures that say, “Thou shalt not…”  If there is no Scripture that specifically prohibits something from being said or done, does that make such action or speech acceptable to God?  Is this the way God wants us to reason?  Does He communicate to us through what He doesn't want us to do or is this method of Bible study flawed?

Let’s talk about REDEMPTION!  Who is the Redeemer?  Why is there a need for redemption?  What has redemption meant through the Scriptures?  This is a great study and we get to think about Jesus.  What could be better?

In times past, those who were Gentiles in the flesh faced many challenges in being Christians.  This study is a comfort to them and us in that God is not a respecter of persons.  His judgment is based upon what a person does, rather than what family a person was born into.  We are going to look at these things and more in this study.

Two aging Christian men sit down talking about what can be seen among the youth of today.  We open up the Scriptures and think about relative things that God has to say about the matter too.  We hope you’ll enjoy this Biblical discussion among to Christian fathers.

Fear can be a trap.  Why do you think there is so much fearmongering in the world today?  If someone can make you afraid, the can bend your will.  To what end is the question we must ask.  There are things to fear and things we shouldn’t fear.  We are going to talk about some of these things in this Podcast.  I hope it will be challenging and though provoking.
