The story of the colt in the triumphal entry encourages us to be generous with what we have. If He is your King, strive to be willing to give anything and give up everything for Him.

The parable of the 10 minas in Luke 19 encourages us to use the one life that God has given us. God expects faithfulness from us - in our relationships with God and each other, and with our time, talent, and treasure,

Jesus teaches us how to be On Mission in Luke 19 and the story of Zacchaeus. He kept His eyes open to seek lost people to save all around him. Whether we are on a trip to another country or just on our street, there are people all around who need the Good News of Jesus.

Pastor Kevin Stewart encourages us not to settle for average. Jesus wanted His disciples to understand who they were following and what was to come, and He also wants us to do the same.

Today's message is an amazing sermon on marriage and why it is sacred. The 4 purposes of marriage are the companionship it brings, the activity enjoyed in confines of marriage, helping each other develop self-control, and for comparison to God's picture of the kingdom of God.

God sees Humanity as sacred. Everyone with a heartbeat is an image of God and has a purpose. Don't ask the world who you are, ask the Holy Spirit. To fulfill our purpose we must submit our bodies, our minds, and our wills to God.

In part one of "Sacred," we learn that God designates things throughout His Word that are holy and set apart. We must not look to our own heart, society, or history to understand truth, we must look to the Word of God.

Pastor Amanda shares an encouraging message from Isaiah 54. When God speaks, He expects us to believe it, to act on it, and to persevere in His plan. He is looking for people who refuse to let cultural climate or current circumstances dictate what is possible 

When Nehemiah returned to Jerusalem, he found that the people had broke all their covenants with God. He urged them to repent in their priorities, their money, their time, and their family.

Israel sees a time of revival after agreeing to a renewed covenant with God. We are encouraged not to allow our perception prevent us from experiencing what God has for us. Allow God to do a new thing, even if it is not what you were expecting or how you were expecting.

The lesson discussed in Nehemiah 7-8 is how we should live after revival. After revival, read the word and turn back to it, then repent and rejoice in what God reveals to you, and then remember what He has done.

"I am doing a great work, and I cannot come down!" Nehemiah's phrase in chapter 6 reminds us to persevere in what God has called us to do. We should not compromise or be distracted by anyone around us but continue on in our great work.

The lessons from Nehemiah 5 are to confront and forgive sin, and to start with fixing issues in your own home and your own church.

Opposition is Part of the Plan. Obstacles from Satan might just be a sign that you are in God's will. Faith is the attitude of victory before the battle is won. Faith - not fear - is our response to difficulties.

On this Father's Day message on Nehemiah 3, the example for fathers is first of all to STAY. Second, focus your work on "your part of the wall" which is your family and neighbors. A father's greatest contribution to the Kingdom of God may not be what they do, but who they raise.

Nehemiah petitions the king to rebuild the wall after preparing a plan. After praying, we should start to plan for what we're asking God for so we're ready when He answers. Making a plan while waiting is a marker of our faith.

Nehemiah was preparing for something big. Even while a mere cupbearer, he sought the Lord of the burden he felt. We should repent, seek the Lord on what grieves us, and deal with our issues for the sake of those who come after us.

It is the job of every Christian to tell others about Jesus. This is done in our every day lives through Relationships. Invest in them, Invite them, and Involve yourself in their lives.

Giving in the Bible is shown in tithe, offering, and alms. Each person's plan for generosity in the local church is one way we can all paddle together. There are many motivations for giving- some give to be obedient, some to receive blessings on finances, and some to invest in local church ministries.

The Holy Spirit is the Promise of the Father and was the Priority of Jesus. Receptivity is as easy as breathing. Ask, Seek, and Knock, your Father wants to give you His Good Gift of the Holy Spirit.

Let God refine you. Ask Him questions! At times you will be given "more than you can handle" to refine you into something better.

Jesus is returning!! (Reminder: we don't know when). If you believe in Him, you believe it when He says He's coming back. You can have hope in God's Provision, Resurrection of your Body, Sanctification, Eternal Life, a Heavenly Reward, the Rapture, and a Home in Heaven.

The story of Esther tells of those who are willing to give all for God. We must come to a point where we are willing to give all for the mission of Christ.

The account of Jesus on the cross explains how Jesus is our substitute, and that He did it all so we can be WITH Him.
