No one ever wants to be told they were wrong and need to repent, but the command of Scripture is consistent and clear... repent. Do it anyway, whether we feel like it or not. Most folk don't like to be told to read the Bible, but maybe that's because you're doing it all wrong. The Bible is your breath... it's what God breathed out and when we breathe it in, it gives life to us. If you're depleted, drained and down... do it anyway... study... and take a breath today.

Prayer... we've got all the excuses as to why we can't, don't and won't... but the call of Scripture and the expectation of Jesus is that we would be people who pray. At the end of the day, what enables the church to live out the mission of Jesus for others is people, just like you, who chose to live FOR OTHERS. They serve. They give. With priority and consistency. This is why and we pray their why challenges you and changes you... FOR OTHERS.

The key to growing in generosity as the Scriptures command us isn't desire... most folk wanna be more generous and aren't. The key is determination. Journey with us through a powerful story of faith and gain the determination you need to live FOR OTHERS.

We serve a "first and best" God. From Genesis till now, the only place He will show up and the only sacrifice He'll receive is a first and best. There's a principle of obedience in the Scripture called the "tithe" and in this FOR OTHERS sermon, we gain a fresh and challenging call on a timeless response to the goodness of God.
