Joe Mcfadyen is passionate about driving the sport of greyhound racing to new heights. He spoke about how he identifies and procures new racing talent, touched on the challenges associated with the current grading policy, and highlighted a couple of promising types to watch over the 2025 season, plus much more.

Steve Fitch is a deep thinker who is constantly looking for ways to push the greyhound industry forward. He spoke about coming within a whisker of winning the biggest race in the country - the Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase - last year and also shared some interesting thoughts on rehoming, grading and syndication.

Mick Hardman is a straight shooter with decades of experience in the greyhound game. He's made the podium in multiple Group finals as a trainer and he caught up with Simon Orchard to talk about the future of Wentworth Park, the issues facing our staying ranks, trainer welfare amid late nights at the track, and he gave Simon some parenting advice as well.

Jay Opetaia is one of the best and brightest young trainers in NSW and that was recognised when he won the 2023 Young Achiever of the Year at the annual GRNSW Awards. Simon Orchard caught up with Jay to chat about the influence his uncle Scotty Board has had on him, the thrill of winning his first feature in the Chief Havoc Cup, where he'd put a new track in the Central West and much more.
