Be Bigger

Life is going to throw us into many seasons, and we will find ourselves asking how do I handle this? We want to ask others and lean on their advice and guidance, but the ultimate help comes from Him!

We will walk through times in our lives where we are searching for an answer or calling out to God hoping He will work in a particular way. But sometimes His answer is no. To our flesh being told no is a rejection. It hurts. But to God, it is all part of His divine plan. Even in the no, He is still good.

Change is inevitable. Sometimes uncomfortable or painful. However, change is necessary. Whatever season of change is on your horizon, remember that our Heavenly Father is the same yesterday, today and forever.

In the chaos and crazy of this time of year, so many emotions and things can arise that overwhelm us. Just as the Lord calmed the storm on the sea, He can calm the storm in you. Let Him speak peace over you today and whatever you are walking through.

Surrendering often is perceived as giving up, as weakness, as quitting. But what if God is calling you to go, to do, to give in, to give up a part of your life so that He can lead you to something bigger? Something better. In today’s podcast, we will explore what it means to surrender all and follow Him.

In a world of convenience and getting what we want when we want it, learn to slow down, to sit in the seasons of waiting, seasons of uncertainty and to see those as divine appointments from the Lord. 

In this life we will have tribulation, but we can find hope knowing that our God is bigger than our struggles and He will overcome. John 16:33 KJV reads, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
