INFORMATION OVERLOAD.  Not knowing if you should respond to Teams, Slack, or email (let's not even talk about social media!) can be incredibly overwhelming. My daughter pointed out my #IdiotsGuide book that was on my shelf and I realized that managing your time has never been more difficult. #BaxtersBuzz

This may seem simple, but it isn't. Many times the things we want to see, we must be. Our work and positive energy can set the stage for things to come back around. #BaxtersBuzz

First of all, Layton Mykell Price is an amazing human being. He is an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategist and the Director of Talent & Development at Ruth Ellis Center. Trust God. For everyone else, follow up! LOL. Today I'm buzzing about the importance of following up, especially in a sales role. If you're going after that client, but aren't thorough, you will be replaced in the pecking order quickly! #BaxtersBuzz

I'm a networker and more importantly, a connector. My relationships have been huge contributors to my success throughout my career and I have been blessed to be able to help many others along the way as well. When you have your opportunity to show and prove, step up to the occasion. #BaxtersBuzz

Today I'm buzzing about my wonderful daughter. I got a chance to see her in swimming lessons and couldn't be more proud! I talk about being proud of how far you've come and being able to set new goals on the fly! Special thanks to my mother in law for the inspiration for this one. #BaxtersBuzz
