So great to be back! Lots has happened in each of our lives! From plastics to moving to new diagnosis to work etc! Bex and Nicole share there experience with there first round of plastics. Nicole had her Plastics by Dr. Lazos in Mexico and Bex had her plastics by Dr. Dry at Athenix in Bellevue. So many similarities, but also so many differences!

Fiona @neversayneverfiona talks raw and real about regain, her eating disorder, postpartum depression and more. We need to end the stigma on regain and the use of adjunct tools to treat the chronic disease of obesity! We need to talk about it and advocate!
