This episode is a cry for help from the writer’s room. This episode reveals that the non-linear storytelling was more of a crutch than anything else. However, the emotional beats within this episode reach a depth hitherto never seen on The Walking Dead. As we gear up for the finale, we’re holding out hope that this could actually stick the landing (in TWD terms of course). A big thank you to Myste...

Get…off…my…LAWN! It’s the lack of critical thought that broke the camel’s back. Zombies, make-shift light sabers, and Narnia references really mucked up this episode. Filoni’s cherry-picking method for choosing Star Wars lore has resulted in a muddied series that serves neither die-hards nor casual fans. Are we in a Star Wars dark age? Send feedback to starwars@baldmove.com! Hey there! Check out h...

Grand Admiral Thrawn isn’t the villain we deserved, he’s the villain we needed. Star Wars: Ahsoka keeps on a steady upward trend. The main complaint here is the criminal misuse of Wes Chatham. It’s not perfect, there are some odd character choices, but everyone’s still excited for the next episode.  Send feedback to starwars@baldmove.com! Hey there! Check out https://support.baldmove.com/ to find...

Jim wants to lean into the insanity, are you ready to go down with...

Much to the surprise of Jim and A.Ron, Grand Admiral Thrawn appears! A Star Wars show isn’t making us wait multiple seasons to see the character they’ve been teasing??!? This episode dives deeper into Filoni-created Star Wars lore (Wookiepedia has been a helpful source). What is Baylan’s ultimate goal? How do the Witches fit into the future? With only two episodes left, does Filoni have a satisfyi...

It’s a return to form for a Walking Dead show, meaning it got worse. We’re back to the non-sequiturs and nonsense of TWD. When Daryl isn’t acting out of character, we get to see more backstory for Isabelle and Laurent.  A big thank you to Mysteriana for creating the Watching Dead theme music. Find all of their musi...

Season 2 is in the books and David S. Goyer is back to talk about it. As fans of the show, A.Ron and Jim have some burning questions that need answering. When did the Spacers make a deal with Hober? What was up with those lens effects? Is the Mule a Thespin? Though the future of Hollywood seems uncertain, Goyer is confident in the future plot developments of Season 3.  Grab your Foundation wallpap...

It’s the season finale, baby! Is the finale tricksy and false, or is it a well woven tapestry that brings together the threads of season 2? Demerzel has become a formidable foe for those who would trigger her defensive programming. But maybe there’s a way to logic your way around it. So many things go wrong in order for them to go right.  Send feedback to foundation@baldmove.com! Hey there! Check...

This episode makes the Star Wars canon better. We get to see more of Ahsoka’s backstory and her trials as a young Padawan. As you probably know, Anakin was made for a problematic Jedi Master. See how that dynamic influences Ahsoka in the present time in a showdown that brings Star Wars back to form.  Send feedback to starwars@baldmove.com! Hey there! Check out https://support.baldmove.com/ to find...

A big thank you to Mysteriana fo...
