B-Watch Rewatch

Send us Fan Mail Back with another listener request - and somehow another movie about live action Kangaroo warriors? Warriors of Virtue was really going for something... but whether or not they achieved it is a different story. We start with a Kung Fu Kitchen Master and right when you think the story is going in one direction - they karate chop you into another movie! We end up in a fantasy land f...

Send us Fan Mail For some reason this file was just too darn big (we guess we just couldn't stop talking about this insane movie?) so it had to be broken up into two parts! Send us Fan Mail If you put all the late 90's and early 2000's disaster movies in a blender... this would be the result.  A 2 hour and 15 minute mish mash of every bad trope, all the bad dialogue, very faulty science, and very good actors doing a very bad job (or very good actors doing a very bad movie). It turns out The Core of the earth has stopped spinning (why? just you wait)... and...

Send us Fan Mail We're back with another listener request: Teen Witch! Another new to us masterpiece that has made us better people. Unlike Miss Serena who is just an absolute force of chaos. Between all the musical numbers, the sexual fantasies, the rap battles, and the hair... we find Louise and Brad. Just two kids trying to find their way through high school. Until Louise finds out she&apo...

Send us Fan Mail We're back to our regularly scheduled season with another listener request, the 1995 cult classic, Tank Girl! We had never seen or heard of this movie, believe it or not! And boy were we missing out. This Manic Pixie Tank Girl post apocalyptic fever dream was a revelation... Between The Rippers, Tank Girl, Jet Girl, Water and Power and and quick stop at Liquid Silver... the w...

Send us Fan Mail This season we are doing listener requests, but this is our one exception! In honor of the halloween season we are covering this classic from the 90s... Join us as we go back to the Croaker Queen Pageant, fishing boats, bangs, boobs and plot holes of this slasher film. Enjoy your Spooky Season! Send us Fan Mail Next up in our season of listener requests is LadyHawke, a fantastical tale of lovers cursed by an evil bishop and bound to spend half their lives as animals at different times... always together, but never together... Matthew Broderick starts an accent but gives up on it pretty quickly, and Michelle Pfeiffer is beautiful as always despite the haircut.  Join us on a journey to bre...

Send us Fan Mail WE ARE OFFICIALLY BACK for Season 8! This season we are covering the movies recommended to us by listeners and we are SO excited to share them! We are opening the season with a real banger: the 1982 cinematic wonderland known as Beastmaster. If you've ever wondered what a tiger using Loreal would look like, then you're in luck!  Dar has the mark of glory, and he's o...

Send us Fan Mail The Black and White Affair was a bust... but can they redeem themselves with the Bonfire? Kristin and Jessica are cooking dinner for the boys, LC is still silently pining after Stephen... and Morgan and Christina are getting big news (although it's not good news for Morgan). Come join us for Laguna Beach! Make sure to follow the whole season on our other podcast feed, Rewatch...

Send us Fan Mail It's here! We are starting our side quest: Rewatch Does Reality! Send us Fan Mail Someone's doing experiments and they are getting out of hand, but have no fear, Mitch and Diamont and Ryan are on the case, with a little help from Griff (emphasis on "little"). Enjoy Episode 2, and remember that after this episode, you will be able to find the rest of our Baywatch Nights coverage on our Patreon weekly!  patreon.com/BWatchRewatch Support the show Fo...

Send us Fan Mail We have a couple new things coming down the pipeline... and this is one of them!  You might not have heard that there was a short-lived series called Baywatch Nights... Wherein Mitch becomes a night detective!  However, even LESSER known, is that the second season of Baywatch Nights leaned into the X-Files vibes in order to improve ratings... But, surprisingly, it didn't work...

Send us Fan Mail Well, we left Twilight, but we couldn't leave it alone... We are about to come back with an ALL NEW season, so stay tuned! But - we recorded an extra little treat for you in between with a friend of the podcast! We talk about our favorite Twilight memories, we theorize about lore, we ask the hard questions, we get creative, and we fondly remember the Twilight series before we...

Send us Fan Mail Oh Geez... We can't believe we've spent this many hours of our lives talking about Twilight, but now we are a little sad it's all coming to a close... Renesmee has been born and is the scariest nightmare baby - but she's well loved - because when the Volturi come, she's got a whole army behind her.  Come with us on the International Tour of Vamps as we mee...

Send us Fan Mail Like Bella at the end of this movie... we were down, but we weren't out! We have revived to bring you the next episode in the Twilight Saga... the Penultimate Movie in the series. This movie sees Bella and Edward FINALLY getting hitched and able to fully act on their lustful thoughts... at least for a moment. Come with us to a wedding for the cousin drama, strange toasts, and...

Send us Fan Mail We apologize again for the delay in getting to the final two movies in the Twilight Series... It's been a rough couple of weeks. Luckily, we had this unreleased episode in the wings just waiting for its time to shine!  This is one of our "One of Us Watches a Movie and Tells the Other One the Plot" episodes. We recorded it a while back but never released it because i...

Send us Fan Mail We had a death in the family, and so we are unable to release a new episode in the Twilight Series this week... But we are re-releasing a newly edited and remastered episode of our coverage of Alone in the Dark! This episode was an experiment at the time... Kolin couldn't find Alone in the Dark streaming overseas, and so Kaydence decided to just tell him what the movie was ab...

Send us Fan Mail We did it!  We only have one episode dedicated to Eclipse and we avoided having to break it up into two parts. We considered it a victory to whittle down this grotesquely long movie into just one episode... But even at 90 minutes we still didn't have time to include the half dozen flashbacks with the detailed backstories of each character in the Cullen Clan... But we think yo...

Send us Fan Mail Well, no matter how much we make fun of these movies, we just can't stop yapping about them, so the joke's on us.  This week we bring you the second half of New Moon. This half covers Jacob's full Werewolf transformation, Edward's trip to Italy, Bella's adrenaline rushing, Victoria's casual part time hunting, shirtless boys, and scarred fiancees... an...

Send us Fan Mail It happened again... We went into this episode thinking we would cover the whole thing in one go... but d*mn you, Stephanie Meyers! You and your complex stories and characters! Argh!  Because we find ourselves again breaking this movie into 2 parts.  In New Moon we learn about the Volturi, and the nonsensical vampire laws... we hear how much Edward loves Bella and how much he woul...

Send us Fan Mail Last week it turned out that Twilight was just too deep and too intense to cover in just one episode, despite our best intentions... So we are back this week with Part 2!  Night Baseball! Fur Coats! Italian Dinners! Ruling the School! And many Tree Top Adventures await you in part 2 of Twilight! Will Bella and Edward end up together despite their endless back and and forth? Will t...

Send us Fan Mail We've got a real treat for all of you before we come back for a full season:  We are covering the Twilight series! We thought it was a trilogy, and then found out it had five movies, so yay? And secondly, we were covering the first movie, and we intended to do it all at once, but it turns out it's a long movie, and we had a lot to say, so this is only part 1 of the first...

Send us Fan Mail Alright, so the final re-release of the in B-tween season time (get it?) is Freshwater! We did a whole season of creature features, as they are probably our favorite genre of movie... and even though we have some true masterpieces in that season (Sabretooth, Snowbeast, Sand Sharks, etc...), Freshwater came to the top of the list for us. A drunk gator expert, a sex house island, an...

Send us Fan Mail Let us tell you a tale... Once upon a time, there was a film that caused Kolin to fall down a deep, dark, hole of madness and fury... He hit rock bottom that day. And he's never been the same again.  That movie was Face/Off And just like the main characters of this movie, he emerged a different person. Today we are revisiting that journey with a newly refreshed, Face/Off epis...
