It's about being aware of certain mental health conditions at stake in our society, and to care about the people navigating them, rather than being aware and not caring. The pod is mostly focused on mental health awareness, and mental health wellness. You will hear guests from all walks of life, including entertainers, mental health experts, athletes, and more.
